There’s nothing more terrifying than making a drastic change to your hairstyle.
And after five hours of having it changed to a completely different colour, Lucy Mecklenburgh might have expected a nicer reaction from her fiancé than an obvious dislike for it.
She was showing off her new lighter roots to Mario Falcone on an episode of The Only Way Is Essex last night and she was far from happy with his comments.

He wasn’t exactly subtle, he pretty much shouted, “Oh my god,” – while Lucy looked stunned and told him, “You’re gritting your teeth.”
When he probably realised how cruel his reaction was, Mario decided to keep on digging himself a hole by adding: “I don’t think it’s THAT bad”. Ouch.
He continued his efforts to make Lucy want to hit him with a hairdryer by saying: “I still think you look beautiful. Making love to you like that, it’s going to be like cheating.”

To which Lucy probably gave our favourite reaction to anything, ever. She replied: “It's just me with new hair.”
