MILEY Cyrus takes a risk walking the red carpet in an ivory outfit that’s easily unzipped at the front.
The Hannah Montana star sported the loose satin trousers and studded vest featuring the risky zip at an awards bash in LA last night.
She chose British designer Temperley London to dress her for the City Of Hope Honors that was also attended by singer and X Factor USA judge Britney Spears.

Wearing her cropped hair swept to the side, 19-year-old Miley looked every inch the glammed-up rock chick in the sophisticated attire.
Later she showcased her famous singing voice as she performed on stage for the guests.

The actress, who got engaged to Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth in June, recently filmed a steamy cameo with Ashton Kutcher for hit sitcom Two And A Half Men.
The pair hop into bed together in saucy scenes that will air on October 17.
