ROBERT Pattinson cuts a lonely figure as he heads out in New York City.
The Twilight star was seen leaving his hotel wearing cobalt blue jeans, a denim jacket and a dark-grey hoodie.
He added a beanie hat and dark sunglasses and listened to tracks on his iPhone.
Clutching a large black holdall and rucksack, Rob was apparently heading to the trendy Hamptons retreat to spend time with friends.
He has already been seen spending time in the Big Apple with good pal Tom Sturridge, his girlfriend Sienna Miller and their daughter Marlowe.

Rob, 26, is yet to be seen with girlfriend Kristen Stewart since they rekindled their romance after her cheating shame.
Kristen, 22, is currently in Los Angeles, where she was spotted out on a date with her dad at the weekend.
The couple were last seen together at the Teen Choice Awards back in June, just days before the news of her infidelity broke.
The final instalment ... Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2
They are expected to be seen together soon though when the promotional tour for the final instalment in The Twilight Saga - Breaking Dawn Part 2 - begins at the end of the month ahead of the film's November 16 release date.
The international poster for the movie - showing vampires Bella and Edward Cullen and werewolf Jacob Black as well as the Volturi who they will go to battle against in the film - was released this week.
Meanwhile US gossip site Radar Online has claimed that even if Rob and Kristen's reconciliation doesn't work out they will still be legally obliged to walk the red carpet together for the final flick.

A source told them: "Rob and Kristen are legally required to promote Breaking Dawn Part 2 together along with the rest of the cast.
"Their individual contracts have very specific language about what is legally required of Rob and Kristen to do on the publicity tour.
"The studio execs at Summit weren't happy when Rob and Kristen broke up, but this is why there are clauses about what is required of the stars to do.
"The promotional tours of the past Twilight movies are very much anticipated by the fans and almost become bigger than the movie."
